The Operation Assistant will support our organization’s day-to-day operations. This role is assisting various departments with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes. The Operations Assistance will work closely with team members, providing critical support that helps achieve business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone calls.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and reports, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
- Handling day-to-day office needs.
- Responsible for managing and executing a variety of procedures that take place outside the office environment, such as visiting government offices, clients, and banks.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and streamline operational processes, ensuring efficient workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Adaptable and ready to assist with various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Two years of experience as an operation assistant or in a similar support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- The candidate must possess a car and a valid driver’s license.
