Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, and also responsible for designing and implementing ITSM solutions such as Ivanti Service Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with ITSM Solutions Implementations, preferred with Ivanti solutions.
- Experience in implementing IT solutions in large enterprises.
- Preferred to have ITIL knowledge and certification.
- Preferred to have MCSA/E and CCNA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
