Job description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in Riyadh-KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that clients’ needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Understand the business goals and IT infrastructure of key clients to provide appropriate technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell or upsell additional services and products.
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategies for new solutions and services aligned with client goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with both client and company objectives.
- Develop account plans to ensure that the company meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, product development, marketing) to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the clients’ needs.
- Monitor and report on the progress of key accounts, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Regularly engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Participate in regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and key clients’ industries to provide insights and value-added recommendations.
- Adapt to the evolving IT landscape and offer clients innovative solutions based on current market trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven track record in managing and growing large key accounts.
- Experience working in a client-facing role with responsibility for customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
