Job description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Job responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry
Understand client requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions
Deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
Achieve or exceed quarterly, semiannually and annual sales targets
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Customer Support
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and market trends
Continuous Customer Satisfaction during project delivery and support activities
Have a strategic plan with each account of how the company can support its growth and development plans
Support Finance in Payment Collection process
Support PMO in signing delivery certificates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of Experience
Technical background or understanding of the company products/services
Problem-solving
Time management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines
Experience in IT industry, e.g., IT solutions, SaaS, Telecommunications
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
