We’re looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Processes: First and foremost, act as a Scrum Master by facilitating Scrum events, coaching the team on Scrum principles, and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Then, develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources to ensure the timely completion of project tasks. also Identify and address any resource constraints or conflicts along the way.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. then Regularly assess project risks and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
- Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between the development team, stakeholders, and management. Provide regular project updates and facilitate transparent communication channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and gather feedback. Moreover, you’ll manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues that may impact project progress. Furthermore, collaborate with the team to find creative solutions and remove obstacles.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to assess product quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on project performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Certification in Project Management or Agile-Scrum is necessary
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
