Sales Executive

Position Overview 

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.  

Responsibilities: 

  1. Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: 
  •    Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
  •    Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. 
  •    Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. 
  1. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: 
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions. 
  • Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to build trust and rapport. 
  • Customize sales pitches and proposals to align with client requirements and objectives. 
  1. Deal Negotiation & Closing: 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to secure profitable deals. 
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth deal transitions and customer onboarding. 
  1. Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. 
  1. Sales Reporting & Analysis: 
  • Track sales activities, progress, and results using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. 
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. 

Requirements:  

  1. 1-3 years of practical work experience in software sales within an IT system integrator. 
  1. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with good multitasking and organizational abilities. 
  1. Excellent telephone and face-to-face sales skills. 
  1. Proven track record of successfully reaching out to new customers. 
  1. passion for learning, ability to learn quickly, openness to feedback, and ability to develop deep and hands-on knowledge in software products and IT services. 
  1. Flexibility. 
  1. Strong presentation, closing, and prospecting skills. 
  1. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a tenacious attitude. 
  1. Fluency in Arabic and good command in English. 
  1. Must have car.
