AI Product Manager

AI Product Manager, will play a critical role in overseeing the development and management of AI-driven products within the organization. He will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of AI product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches. The AI Product Manager possesses a deep understanding of both artificial intelligence technologies and product management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the overall strategy for AI product development and align it with the organization’s goals. Conduct market research and identify customer needs and market trends to inform product roadmaps.
  2. Product Planning and Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive product plans and roadmaps for AI-driven products, considering factors such as technical feasibility, resource allocation, and competitive landscape. Prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure effective coordination and execution of product development activities. Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and efficient decision-making.
  4. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Gather and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
  5. Product Development and Testing: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, review prototypes, and conduct thorough testing to ensure product quality and performance.
  6. Launch and Performance Analysis: Develop launch strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing, and promotional activities. Monitor product performance and user feedback, collect data, and analyze key metrics to inform future product iterations and enhancements.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other relevant parties. Seek feedback and actively incorporate it into product development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Two years’ experience in implementing AI solutions/development for Enterprises.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • A passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
