TJDEED Technology, a prominent IT solutions company in the Middle East, has completed the implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Service Management (ITSM & ITAM) solution at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The project, which concluded in 2025, was designed to digitize and streamline key operational workflows across IT, Human Resources, and Facilities departments—serving more than 8,000 users including medical, administrative, and support staff.
The initiative centered around deploying Ivanti’s ITSM platform, locally branded as Da’am, to replace paper-based processes and enhance operational efficiency. The solution encompassed Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, and Problem Management modules—delivering an integrated enterprise platform that supports KFAFH’s critical departments. This digital transformation significantly reduced paperwork and improved service delivery for hospital staff ranging from doctors and nurses to housekeeping and HR personnel.
In their feedback, the KFAFH team expressed deep appreciation for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by TJDEED Technology throughout the engagement. They highlighted the impact of features like detailed analytics and the platform’s adaptability to hospital needs. The client emphasized how the new system has improved service responsiveness and operational alignment across departments.
Reflecting on the project, Ahmad Abu-Sowaid, ESM Team Lead at TJDEED Technology, stated:
“This project goes beyond implementing software—it was about understanding the unique environment of a leading healthcare institution and creating a solution that empowers every user, from IT staff to front-line caregivers. We’re proud to contribute to a platform that now plays a vital role in KFAFH’s daily operations.”
The successful deployment of the Da’am system at KFAFH highlights TJDEED Technology’s commitment to delivering enterprise ITSM solutions in Saudi Arabia that not only modernize infrastructure but also support national goals for digital transformation in healthcare and public service sectors.
Looking ahead, TJDEED Technology continues to pursue strategic collaborations across the Kingdom, aiming to enable more institutions with intelligent, scalable, and user-centric IT service management platforms. By focusing on real-world impact and measurable outcomes, TJDEED aims to set a new standard for digital transformation in the region.
