In March 2025, TJDEED Technology, a leading IT and digital transformation company in Jordan and the Middle East, successfully delivered a comprehensive service management transformation project for a major public-sector organization in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The initiative aimed to modernize outdated systems, unify service operations across departments, and enhance overall efficiency through a fully customized, latest-version IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. The project was conducted in Saudi Arabia to support the client’s digital transformation goals and align with evolving operational demands.
TJDEED Technology led the implementation of a centralized and scalable service management platform designed to support both IT and non-IT departments. The new system now enables seamless operations across multiple functions, including IT, HR, Facilities, Legal, and Administrative Services. By replacing a legacy system with limited capabilities, the organization has taken a major step toward digital maturity and operational excellence in KSA.
Prior to the transformation, the organization faced several operational challenges due to its outdated service management environment. Service requests were fragmented across departments, workflows were inefficient, and approval processes lacked flexibility. Additionally, there was limited visibility across Incident, Problem, and Change management processes, along with no centralized IT asset management system. These gaps significantly impacted response times and overall service quality.
TJDEED designed and implemented a tailored solution that enhanced existing workflows while introducing dynamic approval mechanisms aligned with internal governance policies. The project included centralized IT asset management through seamless data migration and integration, as well as the activation of key modules such as Service Improvement Plans (SIP), Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, and Service Request Management. Furthermore, Incident, Problem, and Change processes were fully integrated to ensure a connected and efficient service lifecycle.
A key component of the transformation was workflow optimization and user experience enhancement. TJDEED improved existing workflows by introducing automation and dynamic approvals, ensuring faster and more accurate service delivery. The platform’s user interface was completely redesigned to provide a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction across all departments.
The new service management environment delivered immediate and measurable benefits. The organization achieved full visibility into IT assets, improved operational efficiency, and faster service resolution through integrated processes. Preventive maintenance capabilities enabled proactive issue management, while enhanced collaboration across departments fostered better communication and coordination.
Commenting on the project, Eng. Ahmad Abu Sowaid stated:
“Through this transformation, we have demonstrated how modern ITSM solutions can unlock efficiency, improve governance, and create a unified service experience. Our approach focuses on delivering measurable value while aligning technology with business objectives.”
Building on the success of this project, TJDEED Technology is committed to expanding its footprint in the Saudi market by delivering innovative ITSM and digital transformation solutions. With a proven track record of enabling organizations to modernize their operations, TJDEED continues to position itself as a trusted partner for enterprises and government entities across KSA.
