RT Bank Iraq Team Completes Advanced ManageEngine Training at TJDEED Jordan 

TJDEED Technology, a leading IT company in the Middle East, proudly hosted a team from RT Bank Iraq at its office in Amman, Jordan, for a comprehensive training program held from April 26th to April 30th, 2025. The training aimed to strengthen RT Bank’s IT capabilities through hands-on experience with ManageEngine products, supporting the bank’s broader digital transformation initiatives. 

The program was designed to equip RT Bank’s IT professionals with the necessary expertise to manage, monitor, and secure their IT infrastructure more efficiently. The initiative marks a growing collaboration between TJDEED and RT Bank, as both organizations strive to elevate the standard of technology adoption and operational excellence in Iraq’s financial sector.

  • Endpoint Central – Unified endpoint management, patching, and remote support 
  • ADAudit Plus – Active Directory change auditing for compliance and security 
  • ADManager Plus – AD user provisioning, reporting, and management automation 
  • OpManager – Network performance and fault monitoring 
  • EventLog Analyzer – Log management and threat detection across systems
