- Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, twitter and TikTok in terms of creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media and website metrics, and implement effective strategies to enhance both engagement and analytics.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend strategies to improve our digital presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the creative agency and sales department, to align marketing strategies and achieve business goals and leads generation objectives.
- Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for company branding and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-marketing and Social media, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years in social media management or a similar role
- Expertise in major social media platforms
- Strong skills in creating engaging text, image, and video content
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms
- Skill in identifying issues and finding solutions in real-time on social platforms
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
