Job Overview
We are seeking to hire “Sales Operations Specialist” to join our dynamic team in KSA-Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our sales processes in KSA. He/She will collaborate closely with the sales team, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the KSA market.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budget planning to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the KSA market to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Computer since or software related
- Two years Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mainly English and Arabic).
- knowledge in CRM, Pipedrive is a plus.
- Understanding ITSM, Digital Transformation, IT Automation, and Security Solutions is a plus.
- Preferred to have an experience with Ivanti, ManageEngine, platforms or similar software.
- Preferred to have good knowledge in AR/VR, AI, Blockchain services and RPA.
