Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team and streamline daily operations in Riyadh, KSA. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their career who are interested in sales processes, data management, and coordination within an IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales dat
Support the sales team with reports, proposals, and documentation
Track leads, opportunities, and customer accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical)
Assist in pricing, quotations, and sales process optimization
Monitor sales performance and prepare basic analysis reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sales support or operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus)
Good communication and analytical skills
