Responsibilities:
- Supporting sales team; Assist the sales team in their daily operations, ensuring they have the necessary resources to meet their goals
- Preparing offers for clients.
- Handling administrative duties.
- Accurately enter and update customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and up-to-date.
- Following up with clients and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Monitoring; Collaborate with the sales team to track progress towards sales targets
- Order Processing: Oversee the processing of client orders per the company policy, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage and execute off-site tasks, including visits to government offices, clients, and banks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or a related field is preferred.
- IT background.
- Strong ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of the English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Owning a car is preferred
