About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent sales acumen to drive business growth, build client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
– Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
– Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns to build trust and rapport.
– Customize sales pitches and proposals to align with client requirements and objectives.
– Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements to secure profitable deals.
– Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth deal transitions and customer onboarding.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
– Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
– Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
– Track sales activities, progress, and results using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
– Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
– Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven two years’ experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Very good in English (written and verbal communication skills)
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
