We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
- Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
