Job Summary:
The Junior IT Project Coordinator supports project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking IT project activities and takes responsibility for managing small projects. Key responsibilities include handling project documentation, coordinating schedules, updating stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

- Assist with Project Tasks: Support planning, scheduling, and status tracking for larger projects.
- Manage Small Projects: Oversee smaller projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate Communication: Liaise between teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Maintain Documentation: Organize project files and keep records up to date.
- Monitor Risks: Help identify and address potential project risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Project Management, or related field.
- Basic experience with project management tools and IT terminology.
