Job Purpose
Support business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the Saudi market. The role focuses on generating leads, initiating outreach, and assisting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within target industries in KSA
- Generate leads through basic channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, databases)
- Conduct initial outreach to introduce company services/products
- Qualify leads using simple criteria (interest, need, basic fit)
- Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate contact and activity data
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement
- Support marketing campaigns and events when required
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of sales or lead generation processes
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with phone calls and outreach
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
