Lead Generation Executive

Job Purpose

Support business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the Saudi market. The role focuses on generating leads, initiating outreach, and assisting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries in KSA
  • Generate leads through basic channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, databases)
  • Conduct initial outreach to introduce company services/products
  • Qualify leads using simple criteria (interest, need, basic fit)
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team
  • Update and maintain CRM with accurate contact and activity data
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement
  • Support marketing campaigns and events when required

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Basic understanding of sales or lead generation processes
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with phone calls and outreach
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
