Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About this Role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join us in Jordan. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play an essential role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, driving growth, and helping us achieve our strategic goals

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers using various tools (LinkedIn, CRM, databases, …etc.).
  • Cold Calling & Email Outreach – Initiate contact with leads through emails, calls, and social media.
  • Qualifying Leads – Ask the right questions to determine if a lead has the need, budget, and authority to purchase.
  • Setting Up Meetings – Schedule product demos or meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
  • CRM Management – Keep track of interactions, notes, and progress using CRM tools like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
  • Create Costing Sheets – Prepare detailed pricing breakdowns for products/services.
  • Prepare Financial Proposals – Draft and submit financial proposals based on customer needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Achieving KPIs – Meet targets related to outreach volume, response rates, and conversion to qualified leads.
