We are looking to hire a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team.
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for a range of human resource duties, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and more.
Responsibilities
· Process payrolls
· Manage employees’ travelling, visas and accommodations
· Job analysis: Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them
· Recruitment and staffing: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to meet the company’s needs. In addition to handling contracts and compliance requirements
· Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety and worker-management issues.
· Training and development: Evaluating workers’ educational needs and designing programs to meet them
Qualifications
· 2-4 years of experience
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
