Amman, Jordan – August 2026 – TJDEED Technology, in collaboration with Umniah, delivered specialized ServiceDesk Plus training from ManageEngine to the Ministry of Health – Jordan in August 2026. The training aimed to strengthen the Ministry team’s practical knowledge of the platform and support more efficient IT service management.
The training gave Ministry team members the opportunity to explore ServiceDesk Plus through live demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on activities. The sessions focused on helping participants understand the platform’s capabilities and how they can be applied to support daily IT operations.
With an emphasis on practical learning, participants engaged with the platform and discussed real-world scenarios relevant to their work. The interactive format encouraged questions and knowledge sharing, making the training both informative and engaging.
The sessions were delivered by Eng. Mahmoud Al Masri, Senior System Engineer at TJDEED Technology.
