From 6–8 July 2026, TJDEED Technology hosted a specialized ManageEngine Endpoint Central training program at its headquarters in Amman, Jordan for members of the QiCard team from Iraq. The three-day program was delivered primarily by Eng. Suhaib Al Fuqaha, System Engineer at TJDEED Technology, with the goal of enhancing endpoint management capabilities, strengthening cybersecurity operations, and reinforcing the long-standing partnership between TJDEED Technology and ManageEngine. The initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting Iraqi organizations with advanced IT solutions and technical expertise.
The training covered the core capabilities and best practices of ManageEngine Endpoint Central, enabling participants to strengthen endpoint security, automate IT operations, deploy patches efficiently, manage software assets, and improve overall endpoint administration. Through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, the QiCard team gained hands-on experience that will support more efficient and secure IT management.
