Human Resources Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations across multiple regions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews coordination, offers, onboarding)
  • Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies (Jordan / UAE / Iraq)
  • Coordinate visa processing, residency permits, and business travel arrangements
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR system updates
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and official correspondence
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems (Kayan HR experience is preferred)
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR experience (ICT sector experience is a strong plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws (Jordan / UAE / Iraq)
  • Experience handling visas and travel coordination
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Kayan HR is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
