The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of multiple concurrent IT projects, including ITSM and EPM implementations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities across onsite and remote teams
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Track progress, risks, and issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate resources and task execution across multiple teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance criteria
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support customer satisfaction through structured communication and disciplined execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required to project sites and client locations.
- PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred).
- ITIL, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (an advantage)
