TJDEED Empowers Women Leaders Through Strategic ICT Training

Amman, Jordan – Two rising professionals from TJDEED Technology, a leading IT solutions provider in Jordan and the Middle East, recently participated in a high-impact Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop focused on strategic leadership and empowerment in the ICT sector. The exclusive two-day event was held on October 5–6, 2025, at The Academy – King Hussein Business Park (KHBP), and was organized under the umbrella of TechWIN, an initiative supported by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) in Jordan.

The training brought together a select group of professionals to develop key skills in strategic planning, leadership, motivation, and effective training techniques — all aimed at advancing gender equity and excellence in the technology industry.

Representing TJDEED Technology at the event were Ms. Raghda Al Durrah, HR Manager, and Ms. Lubna Radwan, Sales Operations Specialist. Their attendance underscores TJDEED’s ongoing commitment to women empowerment, leadership development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the ICT sector.

Empowering Change Through Training

The TOT session was not just another workshop — it was described as “a catalyst for change” that equips ICT professionals with the knowledge and tools to inspire their teams and lead transformative initiatives within their organizations and communities.

TJDEED Technology, known for delivering cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity solutions across the MENA region, has long prioritized talent development and gender inclusivity as central pillars of its organizational values.

At TJDEED, we believe that real innovation comes from empowering every voice in the room — especially women in tech. Attending this training allowed us to strengthen our leadership capabilities and bring fresh energy back to our teams,” said Ms. Raghda Al Durrah, HR Manager at TJDEED Technology.

The workshop also aligns with TJDEED’s broader mission to support Jordan’s digital transformation by investing in people, skills, and progressive workplace policies.

A Culture of Growth and Empowerment

By encouraging employees to attend trainings like this, TJDEED demonstrates its role not only as a technology leader but also as a change enabler in the region’s tech ecosystem. The company continues to support initiatives that advance strategic leadership, gender diversity, digital upskilling, and human capital development.
